Many teachers are fed up with the American education system and all the failings of the No Child Left Behind law passed during the Bush administration’s overhaul of national education. They are leaving the profession after less than five years of service, many disillusioned and seeking a drastic career change. If you are one of these people and you’re in need of a major stress relieving career makeover, why not consider becoming a Yoga teacher instead? Why? For one thing, it probably pays more than you were making during your first five years of teaching — and two, it is very relaxing.
